Elle Hudson is a residential interior design firm led by principal designer Kim Musser. A forward-thinking designer with a passion for client-centered service, Kim is known for her commitment to truly knowing her clients.
Kim brings a wealth of experience to her work, having held executive and leadership roles at design-build and architecture firms throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Her versatile background includes an early career designing, staging, and styling advertising sets for national and international brands. Kim graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Interior Design.
Deeply invested in her community, Kim serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Theater of Southern Maryland, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring self-confidence, communication skills, and self-worth in all participants.
Kim resides in Maryland with her husband, Dustin, and their two boys, whose names inspired the Elle Hudson brand. Together, Kim and Dustin make up the Elle Hudson team.

Co-Owner & Administrator
Dustin is an experienced executive leader with a hands-on approach to financial management and a proven track record in driving both strategic initiatives and operational success. His diverse background spans financial leadership roles in higher education, international relief and development, and a term as Executive Director of a camp and conference center. Prior to these roles, he honed his expertise in "Big 4" public accounting. A former CPA, Dustin holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Loyola University Maryland and earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting, along with a minor in Economics, from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
