Interior Design services focus on the first phase of a renovation or new home construction, where we help you select the finishes and fixtures that will be permanently affixed to your home. We provide this service for homeowners, builders and contractors based on their varying needs. For styling and furnishing, we also offer Furniture & Accessory Services.

For Homeowners

We work directly with homeowners to make interior finish and fixture selections for new build or remodel projects. We also serve as a liaison between you and your builder or contractor, helping to bridge any gaps in understanding and execution. Our engagements commonly include selection services such as:

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances

  • Countertops, tile and cabinetry style and finishes

  • Trim profiles and accent trim details

  • Fireplace mantel and surround details

  • Door and cabinetry hardware

  • Flooring (hardwood, carpet, other)

  • Paint and specialty wall treatments

We also provide both selection and procurement services for the following:

  • Decorative lighting fixtures

  • Wallpaper

  • Blinds, shades and window treatments

Our Interior Design engagements commonly include a site visit to review details with your builder or contractor.

For Builders & Contractors

We work as a selection agent on behalf of builders and contractors on spec homes and custom projects. Our selection services for builders include all of the above listed services for homeowners, as well as install cut-sheets and elevations. In addition, we typically attend one framing walkthrough, one tile install walk, and one punch list walk.
